Shipping & Returns

1) Delivery is free within the United Kingdom. Customers from outside the U.K should contact us by telephone or E-mail with their order details and we will arrange delivery and confirm delivery method, date and shipping costs prior to any charges being made.

2) Payment can be made by any major Credit or Debit card. We use SECPay for our online transactions. Payment is taken as soon as an order is placed. However if we are unable to fulfil an order for any reason a refund will be made.

3) Delivery will usually be within 5 working days; a signature may be required. We will not charge your Credit or Debit card until a delivery date has been arranged. Goods will be shipped to you via 1st Class Recorded delivery, unless special delivery is requested in which case further payment will be expected.

As detailed in our general delivery information above, we will endeavour to deliver UK Standard Delivery orders within 5 working days, however you may need to allow an extra 2 to 3 working days for delivery of orders placed between Mon 20th December 2004 and Tue 4th January 2005.

Extended Christmas Returns - Goods ordered on or after 1st November 2004 must be returned by 7th January 2005. All other normal returns conditions apply.

4) Should there be a delay in delivery then we will notify you within 48 hours, you will be advised of the expected delivery date or if the product is no longer available
